The Ocean Paradise Zanzibar

The Ocean Paradise Resort is situated on Zanzibar’s North East coast, overlooking the turquoise Indian Ocean. When you arrive at Ocean Paradise you will be greeted by a Masai warrior as you pass through the entrance gate and be captivated as you arrive in reception and look over beautiful landscaped gardens and the white sandy beach.

The rooms and suites are designed as traditional African roundhouses, nestled under a pitched Makuti roof. Each room is garden facing with large patio doors that open up to a private balcony and feature, air conditioning, twin or king size beds draped with mosquito netting, sat TV, radio, direct dial telephone, mini-bar, hair dryer and a unique curved en-suite bathroom, with shower, toilet and bidet. Sea facing rooms are available for a supplement.

Ocean Paradise Resort Zanzibar features two restaurants that offer some of the finest food in Zanzibar; The Ocean Restaurant, sitting two floors up, has panoramic views over the resort and the Indian Ocean beyond and serves a sumptuous breakfast with a great choice of freshly baked pastries, cereals, fresh squeezed juices, local fruits and traditional cooked dishes. In the evening, the mood changes, with soft lighting, candles and an extensive themed buffet which changes daily.
The Jahazi Restaurant serves a variety of snacks and wood-fired pizzas as well as an a la carte menu featuring international and authentic Zanzibari dishes.

The hotel also features a professional PADI accredited dive company, live entertainment, water sports activities including windsurfing, sailing and kayaking, volleyball, billiards and table tennis.
